Abstract
This Master's Thesis in on the new pension reform implemented in Georgia and its influence on managing the companies. The paper includes: title page, contents, annotation, introduction, body and conclusion.
The paper intends to show positive and negative aspects of the new pension system clearly. It also shows the content of reforms and their influence on company management policy. The analysis of society's attitude towards the reform is also evaluated. As the above-mentioned reform impacts significantly on company management policy, as well as on each citizen and on the country economics as a result, i found it very important to do the following researches: " The influence of the new pension reform on company management policy" and "Attitude of society towards the new pension system". I questioned companies in Georgia and also employees of different age.
The research was made by carring out poll, both electronically and personally. Up to 70 people and 20 companies were questioned during the research which aimed to clearly show the attitude of respondents. At the end of the paper there are conclusions that are made on the basis of the research. Both the theoretical and practical items are analysed and recommendations are also given.
