Nowadays it is very important to research the problems connected to conflict management, because we live in difficult conditions. These problems are connected not only to Georgia, but the whole world. It is hard to find harmonious and collaborative environment between coworkers. And the main reason of conflict formation is exactly the tension in the relationships. The purpose of the research is to define the definition of conflict, processes connected to conflict and to find the ways to eliminate the conflict. The main objective is to research the organizations working in public and private sectors, in which conflict can be arised. The informational source of the project is published scientific researched and works and the results of the researches. The results of the work help us to answer the questions and realize how Georgian companies manage and solve the problems connected to conflicts in the organizational and business activities.
