Abstract
The satisfaction of employed employees is one of the decisive factors. Under any organization, labor satisfaction is determined by creating appropriate conditions for employees and purchasing relevant equipment.
In recent decades, industrialized countries have made significant changes in functioning of labor markets. High turbulence of competition, overall demand and rapid technological progress in the product market promotes pressure to increase labor efficiency. Introduction of informal work by regulating labor market regulation and working activities requires more regulations for low labor classes.
The work is focused on the improvement of labor conditions, strategies and analysis, basic issues of professional, health and safety, main issues of ergonomics and analysis of key issues of self-efficacy in terms of organizational success.
