Abstract
High self-esteem, satisfaction and sense of harmony are directly related to the labour market and are important for individual well-being. The aim is to research the marketing industry employee’s work-life balance and identify perspectives of internal marketing development. Accordingly, the research objectives were as follows: Quality survey of the satisfaction of employees in the field of marketing; Research of quality of work-life balance of the employees in the field of marketing; Research of dependence on work-life balance on the basis of differences between generations; Research of impact quality of work-life balance in choosing of workplace; Labor rights survey of the labor market of Georgia; Relevance of labor policy of the institution/organization/employer with the needs of employee; Research of awareness of employees about their rights; Determining the free activities of the employees in the field of marketing, depending on the aspects of family statement on income; Identify the role of employees in the field of marketing in protecting work-life balance; Tendency research of the employee’s work-life balance in the public and private sectors of Georgia; and Research of internal marketing trends in Georgian labor market. The survey is important because the work-life balance of employees in the field of marketing is reflecting on the competitiveness of the institution and then on the labour market. Research Methodology – triangulation approach: analysis of Documents; The method of the survey: the mass survey (151 respondents through a questionnaire); Secondary data analysis and Comparision. As a result of the survey, the quality of work-life balance in the field of marketing is found to be low, and there are fundamental problems in the direction of internal marketing.
