საგზაო ინფრასტრუქტურის სამშენებლო პროექტების ბიუჯეტის შედგენის ავტომატიზაცია MS Project–ის გამოყენებით

Manual budgeting never ends well. In the long process of creating, disbursing, collecting and merging records, manually, errors and omissions do arise. These can be costly errors that could have an impact on overall business performance. Automation of construction projects’ budgeting is important in order to enable organizations to calculate and control it quickly, flexibly, with high accuracy and less effort.
The purpose of this thesis is to automate the budgeting of road infrastructure construction projects by MS Project based n the example of “Company Black Sea Group” LLC.
The paper reviews the importance of the budget for the management of projects and methods of its calculation, project cost estimatation, project management trends and predictions, trends in development of road infrastructure in Georgia, business profile of the “Company Black Sea Group” LLC., features of MS Project, the existing method of counting the budget in the Company and its disadvantages and finally, the task of the thesis and its practical implementation.
The task set out in this paper is solved using the budgeting calculation tool designed in MS Project, which is established and successfully used currently in “Company Black Sea Group” LLC (before, this task was being realized by Microsoft Excel).
