ფასიანი ქაღალდების ბაზრის დინამიკის ანალიზი და პროგნოზირება საქართველოს მაგალითზე

Abstract

The existence of a market economy can not be disscused without securities or stock markets. High developed countries like USA, UK, Japan and other, can be recognized by their strong and high-capitalized stock markets. Security market indices are strongly connected to macroeconomic indicators and in process of economic development, the effective functioning of stock markets is one of important aspect in developing countries. In general, these countries are characterized by lack of own funds, in which the stock market can be considered as one of best investing mechanism. Nowadays, Georgia’s, as a developing country’s securities market is distinguished by its low level of development, which can be discussed as a prevention of the financial flows, such as: savings, government spendings, foreign direct investments (FDI) and other financial resources. For determing the causes of underdevelopment, the research highlights the processes and developing stages of Georgian Stock Exchange, analizes the country’s micro and macroeconomic indices, regarding stock market and determines the influence of Securities Market Law and other connected legal bases on functioning of stock market in Georgia and other.

ქვეყნის ეკონომიკის განვითარების პროცესში მნიშვნელოვანი როლი ენიჭება ფასიანი ქაღალდების ბაზრის გამართულ და ეფექტიან ფუნქციონირებას. ნებისმიერი განვითარებული ქვეყანა გამოირჩევა ძლიერი ფინანსური ბაზრით, რაც წარმოადგენს ქვეყნის ეკონომიკური მდგომარეობის ერთ–ერთ მნიშვნელოვან ინდიკატორს. განვითარებად ქვეყნებს კი ახასიათებთ საკუთარი სახსრების ნაკლებობა და სწორედ ამ პრობლემის გადასაჭრელად, საინვესტიციო კაპიტალის მოზიდვის ერთ–ერთ საუკეთესო მექანიზმად ფასიანი ქაღალდების ბაზარი წარმოგვიდგება. საქართველოში ფასიანი ქაღალდების ბაზარი განვითარების თავალსაზრისით დაბალ დონეზეა, რაც თავის მხრივ, აფერხებს ქვეყნის ეროვნულ მეურნეობაში არსებული ფულადი დანაზოგების, უცხოური ინვესტიციებისა და სხვა ფინანსური რესურსების ნაკადების მოძრაობას. სამაგისტრო ნაშრომში განხილულია საქართველოს საფონდო ბირჟის ჩამოყალიბების ეტაპები და განვითარების პროცესები. გაანალიზებულია ქვეყნის შიგნით და გარეთ არსებული ეკონომიკურ–სოციალური მაჩვენებლები, ასევე, განხილულია ფასიანი ქაღალდების ბაზრის შესახებ კანონისა და მასთან დაკავშირებული სხვა საკანონმდებლო აქტების გავლენა ბირჟის ფუნქციონირებაზე.
