High developed countries like USA, UK, Japan and other, can be recognized by their strong and high-capitalized stock markets. Security market indices are strongly connected to macroeconomic indicators and in process of economic development, the effective functioning of stock markets is one of important aspect in developing countries. In general, these countries are characterized by lack of own funds, in which the stock market can be considered as one of best investing mechanism.
Nowadays, Georgia’s, as a developing country’s securities market is distinguished by its low level of development, which can be discussed as a prevention of the financial flows, such as: savings, government spendings, foreign direct investments (FDI) and other financial resources.
