its origin and development to gather the history, the experience of the past period,
analysis of existing problems and generalized recommendations.
Development of the country, economic growth and overall living standards of the
population is directly related to the securities market, capital market development.
The country's economic growth is one of the real leverage for investment, which is the
most practical form of securities and investment through the organized market.
This study revealed that the main problem in Georgia is the unhealthy competition
between the two way sources of money flow attraction.
Successful and developed countries, raising money via two way - the bank loan and
securities market, which are in a mutual synergy to each other, while in Georgia the
bank loan and the overall commercial banking system - is trying not to contemplate the
money resources of the mechanism (which is considers as the main competitor) -
securities and the stock market industry.
This research confirmed that they (commercial banks) succeeds, because the the
securities market has lost its main function - to be the foundation of the securities market
pricing.
