The human is in constant formation and this is his main purpose. If the process of creation has stopped, the world will stop the rhythm of development and will soon lose all that it has achieved.
We are born as human beings, we are individuals but we get citizenship - this is the main direction discussed in the master's work. Namely, what role they have in each individual and together in public administration.
The latest approaches are closer to people's state management and are the main subjects of its main resource, and that its proper personality and full citizenry development is the main cornerstone of any state.
It is interesting to review all three phenomena as well as discussions together with the master's work. Personality development depends on several factors - family, society, environment, and so important to review all segments and draw conclusions on why and in which environment we face the problems.
It is important in terms of public management, because the choice of who will manage the country and how it will develop in the future decision of the country is a personal factor dominates in man. If the person is formed correct and perfect in the individual, the right decision will be taken at the right time.
As for citizenship, we have a definite legal space here. The master's work discusses the issue of citizenship of Georgia and therefore the role of a citizen in state management.
In conclusion, the three subjects are represented in one individual by the role of the main subject of the state in public space.
