Issues of financial position snalysis on the examples of MSC Georgia LLC and GR Logistics and Terminals LLC.

The following paper deals with topical issues of Financial Analysis. Here is discussed important areas of analysis of the company's financial position. The main purpose of financial position analysis is to objectively evaluate the economic activities carried by the company’s management, using different approaches and methods.
The paper presents a comparative analysis of the financial position of two international expeditionary services companies operating in Georgia: MSC Georgia LLC and GR Logistics and Terminals LLC. The indicators of financial sustainability, liquidity and solvency for both companies have been studied. In the process of the analysis, the financial results obtained from the economic activities of the enterprises and the impact of the changes of the factors affecting on the dynamics were evaluated. Based on the study of these issues, the existing problems in the companies were identified, ways to solve them were outlined and strategies for the growth of the financial situation were developed.
The information obtained for the analysis of the financial position is useful and important for creditors, investors, and company’s management to male various business decisions.
