Issues of correlation analysis of solvency and business activity on the example of JSC “Chateau Mukhrani” and JSC “Teliani Valley”

In the modern state of economic development, the financial analysis of a company is pot forth. The company’s financial well being is in direct correlation with the products being produced and it’s success, this creating a financial analysis can be curtail to a business, due to this companies choose to give more attention to it.
For the object of discussion and analysis, two wine companies were selected from the Georgian market; the companies are “Shato mukhrani” and “Teliani veli”. A financial analysis was conducted based on the financial accounts of the two companies. Specifically the study revolves around the solvency and liquidity of the said companies, there will be discussed an activity analysis, and conclusions will be made based on all the information provided.
In this thesis the subject of discussions is the analysis of a company’s financial matters. Specifically the analysis will be about liquidity, solvency and work activity, the implications and conclusive remarks will be based on the analysis of corresponding materials.
In this given thesis the goal is to shown an analysis of a company’s financial stability, prosperity, their abilities to pay, and their practical work activity based on the example of two companies “Shato Mukhrani” and “Teliani veli”.
