Analysis of the interaction of production expenses and financial results on the example of GeoSteel LLC

This work deals with interconnection of production costs and financial results.This work consists of two main parts. The first chapter is entirely devoted to the theoretical part. In this one the expenses of production are reviewed. Definitions of expenses are explained and categorized according to the different signs of classifications. Methods and basic principles of product cost calculation are discussed. In this part of the work an analysis of the cost of product and one lari realized products are discussed.
The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the financial results of the efficiency of the enterprise's activities. The system of indicators of financial results and the method of analysis are defined. Steel manufacturing company - GeoSteel LLC has been taken over for analysis. According to the financial statements of the GeoSteel LLC, various calculations have been made and appropriate conclusions have been made based on the results obtained. The connection between the volume of production, production expenses and the profit of the company is explained. The analysis period is 2016-2018.
Based on the results of the research, various types of recommendations have been issued.
