Abstract
The basis of any activity is motivation, The effectiveness of the organization depends largely on the motivated employee, Employees are one of the most valuable and at the same time useless resources for companies in modern business. Naturally, a lot depends on their development, in the eyes of a simple employee, there is a great potential for development, productivity functioning, profitability and achievement, In order for an employee to maximize his or her abilities, it is necessary for employers to take the right actions, Mark Twain said on the subject "A great man will make you feel that you too can become great." It is this approach that helps motivate employees, but for today, effective staffing remains a problem for managers, Management needs to coordinate work and push employees to do the job at the right level. Motivation is individual and is influenced by various factors, which are caused by the diversity of human nature, may be motivated by encouragement, which can be both material and intangible, increase employee motivation for one employee, career advancement for another, and more.
As motivation has a significant impact on the efficiency of employees' work and, consequently, the growth and development of the organization, we believe that the presented topic is very relevant in the development of the country's economy at the present stage.
