Analysis of financical position and the ways of improvement on the exmples of LTD "Modus" and LTD "BMC Gorgia"

The growth of globalization and competition have laid the foundations of tendency that during the decision making process, leaders of organisations,investors or, in general,independent physical individuals pay much more attention to the analysis of financial position.
Analysis of financial position includes: enterprise assets,assets coverage ratio,bussiness activity,financial stability,liquidity,solvency etc.
Study of a given subject is a great opportunity for the rulling team or potential investors to analyse the financial sustainability of an enterprise,forecasts and the expected danger.
In this research it is studied two operating companies'- LTD "Modus" and LTD "BMC Gorgia" financial circumstances' indexes in Georgia. It is analyzed their levels of financial stability, liquidity and solvency. According to analyses of results, it is displayed/showed different approaches of economic functioning. Financial circumstance analysis's data is important in order to make rational decisions. The goal of analysis is to study last work, to demonstrate existing problems and to define future perspectives.
In this research paper, it is used analytical enterprises' company’s financial information and it includes analyses of their general activities.
