both positive and negative results for the development of the country in general. Population

influence on socio-economic development of the country and itself is affected by political,
socio-economic, demographic and different kinds of transformations. Migration is a
multidimensional phenomenon that is being discussed in terms of economics, sociology, law
and demography. Study of internal and external migration; Migration of certain groups of the
population (migration of young people, migration of labor resources, intellectual migration,
etc.). The work covers a wide range of issues related to migration. Includes migration issues of
certain population groups, discusses the migration process as a factor in socio-economic
development of the territories, investigates the legal regulation tendencies of migration and the
