All of this is aimed at making people's daily lives easier. The process of establishing and developing decentralized communication systems led to the creation of the Internet. The next step is to conquer higher peaks using the internet. One of the peaks is Blockchain tenology, which involves a database of independent and decentralized data protected from cyberattacks and physical destruction, in which the information is not stored in a single specific location but is distributed across multiple computers around the world. It allows you to create decentralized currencies, self-executing digital contracts (smart contracts) and intellectual assets that can be controlled online.
The paper “Blockchain technologies and their role in international trade development process” will discuss the impact of blockchain as an innovative decentralized system in international trade and its development. The advantages and disadvantages that can be considered as an accompanying process of the above system will be discussed. The paper also discusses the trends in the introduction of blockchain technologies in Georgia and through the analysis of the conducted research shows the awareness and attitude of blockchain technology to the population.
