The System of Financial Coefficients and Their Use in Analysis on the Example of Ifkli Ltd

Abstract

The master's thesis presents the main issues of financial reporting analysis, which are discussed using the main financial ratios. The practical part reflects the analysis of the indicators of each component of the financial statements. The first chapter of the paper presents theoretical issues related to the essence, purpose and components of financial reporting, explains the main financial issues. The first chapter of the paper deals with the vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statement reporting, structurally discussed and evaluated in the dynamics of each article of the accounting balance sheet. The second chapter of the paper theoretically explains what a system of financial ratios is and what it serves. In the practical part, the sub-chapters present the analysis of the indicators of each component of the financial statements and evaluate the main financial ratios. This chapter is dedicated to assessing the stability, profitability, and liquidity of a company’s operations. 2015 has been taken as the basic indicator for the analysis of the financial statements of Ifkli Ltd., and the data for 2016, 2017-2018 reporting year are reflected in the comparison. The final section describes the results of the analysis of the financial statements of Ifkli Ltd., as well as the recommendations issued by the Master and outlines ways to improve the situation. The last part of the paper presents the literature used by the Master in the process of working on the paper.

სამაგისტრო ნაშრომში წარმოდგენილია ფინანსური ანგარიშგების ანალიზის ძირითადი საკითხები, რომლებიც განხილულია ძირითადი ფინანსური კოეფიციენტების გამოყენებით. პრაქტიკულ ნაწილში ასახულია ფინანსური ანგარიშგების თითოეული კომპონენტის მაჩვენებელთა ანალიზი. ნაშრომის პირველ თავში მოცემულია თეორიული საკითხები,რომლებიც დაკავშირებულია ფინანსური ანგარიშგების არსთან,მიზანთან და კომპონენტებთან, განმარტებულია ძირითადი ფინანსური საკითხები. გაკეთებულია ფინანსური მდგომარეობის ანგარიშგების ვერტიკალური და ჰორიზონტალური ანალიზი, სტრუქტურულად განხილული და დინამიკაში შეფასებულია ბუღალტრული ბალანსის თითოეული მუხლი. ნაშრომის მეორე თავში თეორიულად განმარტებულია თუ რა არის და რას ემსახურება ფინანსური კოეფიციენტების სისტემა.პრაქტიკულ ნაწილში კი ქვეთავებად წარმოდგენილია ფინანსური ანგარიშგების თითოეული კომპონენტის მაჩვენებელთა ანალიზი და შეფასებულია ძირითადი ფინანსური კოეფიციენტები.ეს თავი მიძღვნილია კომპანიის საქმიანობის სტაბილურობის,მომგებიანობის, ლიკვიდურობის შეფასებისთვის. შპს „იფქლის“ ფინანსური ანგარიშგების ანალიზისთვის საბაზისო მაჩვენებლად აღებულია 2015 წელი,ხოლო შესადარისად დინამიკაში ასახულია 2016 წლის,2017-2018 საანგარიშგებო წლის მონაცემები. დასკვნით ნაწილში აღწერილია შპს „იფქლის“ ფინანსური ანგარიშგების ანალიზის პროცესში გამოვლენილი შედეგები,ასევე მაგისტრანტის მიერ გაცემულია რეკომენდაციები და ასახულია მდგომარეობის გაუმჯობესების გზები. ნაშრომის ბოლო ნაწილში წარმოდგენილია ნაშრომზე მუშაობის პროცესში მაგისტრანტის მიერ გამოყენებული ლიტერატურა.
