სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის ხარჯების სტრუქტურის სტატისტიკური ანალიზი

The aim of this work is to statistically analyze the structure of the state budget expenditures of
Georgia as well as to evaluate the efficiency of budget expenditures. According to the priority
directions in the paper the redistribution of public finances in the budget area is detailly studied
to gain the abovementioned goal.
According to different types, particularly economic and functional classifications in the
presented work there is discussed and studied the dynamics of expenditures of the budget to
achieve 12 priority goals.
This study analyzes the structure and dynamics of the state budget expenditures. There is also
presented the anti-crisis budget changes in the budget expenditures.
The impact of the current budget expenditures and non-financial assets on GDP is analyzed and
studied with the statistical methods of the paper. There is detailly analyzed the dynamics and
structure of current expenditures and capital expenditures. There are suggested proposals to
provide growing economic growth in the direction of the optimization of redistribution
expenditures by the government. In the topic, there is also discussed the budget deficit/GDP
and its funding sources.
In this work, a significant attention is paid to the study of the peculiarities of public debt of
Georgia. There is also presented and evaluated the indicators of the ratio between debts and
GDP, their changes in dynamics in the last decade. There is discussed the issue of assessing of
the government debt sustainability.
