Prospects for Entrepreneurial Risk Isurance Development in Georgia

Abstract

Insurance plays a big role in the development of the public process. Entrepreneurial risk insurance has acquired a special role and importance in the conditions of a market economy. In the market economy, great importance is attached to the proper funcyioning of the insurance market. The functions and importance of the insurance market are growing, which makes the insurance market even more demanding. Insurance guarantees the financial stability of the country’s economy. The globalization of the world economy has led to the vulnerability of the national economy as it is affected by the economic crisis in various countries. Important factors also include the rapid development of financial instruments produced, the increase in the intensity of international competition and market defaults, as well as the widespread use of new information technologies. Entrepreneurial risk insurance is one of the most pressing issues, especially as the economies of each country become more dependent on the economies of other countries and the current economic processes in the world in general. The paper consists of an introduction, two chapters, four sub-questions, conclusions and suggestions. Attached is a list of used literature. In this paper, I discuss the economic essence of indurance, namely entrepreneurial risks and their management methods, in the second chapter, the prospects for the development of entrepreneurial risk insurance in Georgia, including insurance packages offered by insurance companies and statistical analysis of entrepreneurial risk insurance.

საზოგადოებრივი პროცესის განვითარებაში დიდი როლი და მნიშვნელობა გააჩნია დაზღვევას. განსაკუთრებული როლი და მნიშვნელობა შეიძინა საბაზრო ეკონომიკის პირობებში სამეწარმეო რისკების დაზღვევამ. საბაზრო ეკონომიკაში დიდი მნიშვნელობა ენიჭება სადაზღვევო სექტორის ფუნქციონირების სწორად მიმდინარეობას. სულ უფრო მატულობს სადაზღვევო სექტორის ფუნქციები და მნიშვნელობა, რაც სადაზღვევო ბაზარს კიდევ უფრო მოთხოვნადს ხდის. დაზღვევა ქვეყნის ეკონომიკის ფინანსური სტაბილურობის გარანტია. მსოფლიო მეურნეობის გლობალიზაციამ გამოიწვია ეროვნული ეკონომიკის დაუცველობა, რადგან მასზე გავლენას ახდენს სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის ეკონომიკური კრიზისი. განსაკუთრებით აღსანიშნავია, აგრეთვე წარმოებული ფინანსური ინსტრუმენტების მნიშვნელოვანი განვითარება, საერთაშორისო კონკურენციისა და საბაზრო დეფოლტის ინტენსიურობის ზრდა, აგრეთვე ახალი ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების ფართოდ გამოყენება. სამეწარმეო რისკების დაზღვევა ერთ-ერთი აქტუალური საკითხია, მითუმეტეს მაშინ, როცა თითოეული ქვეყნის ეკონომიკა უფრო მეტად დამოკიდებული ხდება სხვა ქვეყნის ეკონომიკაზე და ზოგადად მსოფლიოში მიმდინარე ეკონომიკურ პროცესებზე. ნაშრომი შედგება შესავლის, სამი თავის, ექვსი ქვესაკითხის, დასკვნებისა და წინადადებებისაგან. მას თან ერთვის გამოყენებული ლიტერატურის სია. სამაგისტრო ნაშრომში განხილული მაქვს დაზღვევის ეკონომიკური არსი, კერძოდ, სამეწარმეო რისკები და მათი მართვის მეთოდები, მეორე თავში სამეწარმეო რისკების დაზღვევის განვითარების პერსპექტივები საქართველოში, მათ შორის სადაზღვევო კომპანიების მიერ შემოთავაზებული სადაზღვევო პაკეტები და სტატისტიკური ანალიზი სამეწარმეო რისკების დაზღვევის მიმართულებით.
