Prospects for Entrepreneurial Risk Isurance Development in Georgia

Insurance plays a big role in the development of the public process. Entrepreneurial risk insurance has acquired a special role and importance in the conditions of a market economy. In the market economy, great importance is attached to the proper funcyioning of the insurance market. The functions and importance of the insurance market are growing, which makes the insurance market even more demanding. Insurance guarantees the financial stability of the country’s economy.
The globalization of the world economy has led to the vulnerability of the national economy as it is affected by the economic crisis in various countries. Important factors also include the rapid development of financial instruments produced, the increase in the intensity of international competition and market defaults, as well as the widespread use of new information technologies.
Entrepreneurial risk insurance is one of the most pressing issues, especially as the economies of each country become more dependent on the economies of other countries and the current economic processes in the world in general.
The paper consists of an introduction, two chapters, four sub-questions, conclusions and suggestions. Attached is a list of used literature. In this paper, I discuss the economic essence of indurance, namely entrepreneurial risks and their management methods, in the second chapter, the prospects for the development of entrepreneurial risk insurance in Georgia, including insurance packages offered by insurance companies and statistical analysis of entrepreneurial risk insurance.
