The presented master's thesis "Opportunities for Development of Terminals in Georgian Transport knot" discusses and analyzes the international practice, tendencies, directions of development and placement of the terminal network in the regional transport areas. Comprehensive analysis are performed based on imitation modeling; The possibilities of developing both cargo and passenger terminals in Georgian seaports (ports) need to be studied.
Studies have been conducted with the participation of Georgian transport and forwarding companies in the field of modern, innovative technologies of cargo transportation and terminal work display and
there are classified 5 major innovative technologies, which should contribute to the improvement of international fright and passenger flow terminal services in Georgia.
The following are two major examples of research and analysis of the development opportunities of terminal systems in Georgia: 1. North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA); 2. Central Asian region.
