Management of medical facilities developed Countries and Georgia

Abstract

The master thesis "Management of Medical Institutions in Developed Countries and Georgia" consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the introduction we have substantiated the urgency of the topic, which is that at the modern stage the priority of Georgian state policy is to maintain the health of the population. Reforms in medical institutions are focused on the development of the sector and are linked to the complex measures taken by the state to improve medical care and services, thereby implementing many mechanisms, including the provision of resources, personnel, statutory and governance. The first chapter of the paper presents the research organization and methods as well as the quality management methodology of the medical organization, the methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the medical organization, the evaluation of the research object according to the Business Excellence Criterion, the assessment and modeling of the medical organization's risk management system. The second chapter discusses occupational safety models presented in the “Additive Integrated Modeling of Medical Organization Management System”, organizational-legal modeling of integrated medical organization management system in accordance with ISO 26000 requirements. Chapter Three presents “Measures for Innovative Medical and Regulatory Development and Modernization of its Infrastructure” Effectiveness of Integrated Management System Project Performance, Integrity and Efficiency of Integrated Quality Management System, Integrated Management System Medical Review The feasibility of embedding in animations and presenting further ways.

თანამედროვე ეტაპზე საქართველოს სახელმწიფო პოლიტიკის პრიორიტეტს წარმოადგენს მოსახლეობის ჯანმრთელობის შენარჩუნება. სამედიცინო დაწესებულებებში ჩატარებული რეფორმები მიმართულია დარგის განვითარებაზე და დაკავშირებულია სახელმწიფოს მიერ მიღებული კომპლექსურ ღონისძიებებთან, რომელიც აუმჯობესებს სამედიცინო დახმარებასა და სერვისებს და ამით მრავალი მექანიზმის რეალიზება ხდება, რომელიც მოიცავს დარგის სარესურსო, საკადრო, ნორმატიულ-სამარლებრივ და მმართველობით უზრუნველყოფას. ნაშრომის პირველ თავში წარმოდგენილია სამედიცინო ორგანიზაციის მართვის ხარისხის შეფასების მეთოდიკა, სამედიცინო ორგანიზაციის მათვის ეფექტურობის შეფასების მეთოდები, საკვლევი ობიექტის შეფასება საქმიანი სრულყოფილების მოდელის კრიტერიუმის მიხედვით, სამედიცინო ორგანიზაციის რისკების მართვის სისტემის შეფასება და მოდელირება. მეორე თავში განხილულია პროფესიული უსაფრთხოების მოდელები, სამედიცინო ორგანიზაციის მენეჯმენტის ინტეგრირებული სისტემის ორგანიზაციულ-სამართლებრივი მოდელირება სოციალური პასუხისმგებლობის მენეჯმენტის სისტემა ISO 26000 მოთხოვნათა გათვალოსწინებით. მესამე თავში წარმოდგენილია „სამედიცინო და წესებულებების ინოვაციური განვითარებისა და მისი ინფრასტრუქტურის მოდერნიზაციისათვის საჭირო ღონისძიებები’’. შეასებულია მენეჯმენტის ინტეგრირებული სისტემის ამუშავების პროექტის ეფექტურობა, ხარისხის მენეჯმენტის ინტეგრირებული სისტემის მდგრადობასა და ეფექტიანობას, განხილულია მენეჯმენტის ინტეგრიებული სისტემის სამედიცინო ორგანიზაციებში დანერგვის მიზანშეწონილობა და წარმოადგენს შედგომ სრულყოფილ გზებს.
