Management of medical facilities developed Countries and Georgia

The master thesis "Management of Medical Institutions in Developed Countries and Georgia" consists of an introduction and three chapters.
In the introduction we have substantiated the urgency of the topic, which is that at the modern stage the priority of Georgian state policy is to maintain the health of the population. Reforms in medical institutions are focused on the development of the sector and are linked to the complex measures taken by the state to improve medical care and services, thereby implementing many mechanisms, including the provision of resources, personnel, statutory and governance.
The first chapter of the paper presents the research organization and methods as well as the quality management methodology of the medical organization, the methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the medical organization, the evaluation of the research object according to the Business Excellence Criterion, the assessment and modeling of the medical organization's risk management system.
The second chapter discusses occupational safety models presented in the “Additive Integrated Modeling of Medical Organization Management System”, organizational-legal modeling of integrated medical organization management system in accordance with ISO 26000 requirements.
