გარემო პირობების გავლენა ადამიანის ჯანმრთელობაზე

Abstract

Development of medical geography in Georgia could not be achieved despite of some experiments. The landscape diversity of our country and the traditions of the people are the basis for interesting research in this regard. Medical geography, as the branch of integral geography explores the impact of various components of the environment on human health and diseases. Consequently, any try in this discipline will be very promising for this country. It will be possible to use the data of medical geography in the health care system and create different methods of treatment where geographic factors are the most important. At the same time, for Georgia as a country with rapid development, it is important to focus on the health and life expectancy of the population, especially, it will be interesting to compare the different pictures that are expected in the urban and rural settlements, in mountainous and lowlands areas and etc. The human, who is the main active person of the natural and anthropogenic environment, receives vital elements from the environment which reflects on his health, depending on the nature of these elements. also, social environment and behavior is very important. The aim of the research is to take first steps in the development of medical geography in Georgia, to show importance of this branch of science, as well as to increase interest in its future perspectives. Thus, it’s important to develop a specific methodology based on the example of medical geographical research, which will reveal the health status of the population, according to different geographical areas. It’s very interesting for the medical institutions in Georgia, to present the geographical features of morbidity in order to elaborate the appropriate method of the treatment. We have to pay attention to increase involvement of the population into medical geographical researches. It is necessary to raise public awareness - revealing the threats, which are linked living environment and bringing it to the population to avoid low level of awareness that could be provoke different diseases. Therefore, this work can be regarded as the first step towards the study of diseases, which are associated natural and social environment and also, the path to the development of medical geography in Georgia.

საქართველოში სამედიცინო გეოგრაფიის განვითარება გარკვეული ცდებისა და ტრადიციების მიუხედავად ვერ მოხერხდა. ჩვენი ქვეყნის ლანდშაფტური მრავალფეროვნება და ხალხის წეს-ჩვეულებებები, ამ კუთხით საინტერესო კვლევების ჩატარების საფუძველია. სამედიცინო გეოგრაფია, როგორც ინტეგრალური გეოგრაფიის მიმართულება შეისწავლის გარემოს სხვადასხვა კომპონენტების გავლენას ადამიანის ჯანმრთელობასა და დაავადებების გავრცელებაზე. შესაბამისად, ქვეყნისთვის, ამ დარგში გადადგმული ნებისმიერი ნაბიჯი მრავლისმომტანი იქნება. შესაძლებელი გახდება სამედიცინო გეოგრაფიის მონაცემების გამოყენება ჯანდაცვის სისტემაში და მკურნალობის განსხვავებული მეთოდების შექმნა, სადაც უპირატესი მნიშვნელობა გეოგრაფიულ ფაქტორებს მიენიჭება. ამასთან, საქართველოსთვის, როგორც განვითარებისკენ სწრაფი ტემპით მიმავალი ქვეყნისთვის, აუცილებელია, ყურადღების გამახვილება მოსახლეობის ჯანმრთელობის მდგომარეობასა და სიცოცხლის ხანგრძლივობაზე, მითუმეტეს, საინტერესო იქნება იმ განსხვავებული სურათების შედარება , რაც ამ მხრივ მოსალოდნელია მივიღოთ ურბანულ და რურარულ უბნებში, მაღალმთიან და ბარის ტერიტორიებზე და ა.შ. ასევე, მნიშვნელოვანია სამედიცინო გეოგრაფიული კვლევის მაგალითზე კონკრეტული მეთოდოლოგიების შემუშავება, რომელიც გამოავლენს მოსახლეობის ჯანმრთელობის მდგომარეობის ელემენტებს განსხვავებული გეოგრაფიული არეალების მიხედვით. საქართველოში არსებული სამედიცინო დაწესებულებებისთვის მნიშვნელოვანია ავადობების გეოგრაფიული თავისებურებების წარმოჩენა, რათა შემუშავდეს მკურნალობის შესაბამისი მეთოდი. აუცილებელია, მოსახლეობის ინფორმირებულობის დონის გაზრდა, რათა გამორიცხული იქნეს ცნობიერების დაბალი დონის შედაგად გამოწვეული ან გამწვავებული დაავადებები. ამგვარად, ეს ნაშრომი შეიძლება პირველ ნაბიჯად ჩაითვალოს ბუნებრივ და სოციალურ გარემოსთან დაკავშირებული დაავადებების შესწავლისა და საქართველოში სამედიცინო გეოგრაფიის განვითარების პოტენციალის წარმოჩენის გზისკენ.
