Abstract
This work is about how psychology, etiquette, and ethics influence business success. Psychology has a big influence on all aspects of our life and activities, also on economic affairs.
Therefore it’s not surprising that the success of organization, in addition to other factors, is dependent on the use of psychological methods by marketing specialist in the branding process.
The first chapter of my thesis deals with the importance of the role of psychology in business, advertising types, and their impact on the customers’ perception of the product. Positioning which can also be called the marketing process helps companies hold the winning place on the market. The second chapter is dedicated to ethics and organizational culture which has an important role in successful business affairs.
In the third part I’ll review business communication etiquette and I will discuss in detail the norms of relationship with partners and customers. At the end of my thesis the practical part deals with two types of especially conducted research and questionnaire. The aim of this research is to find out which psychological factors influence customers’ decisions in the buying process at “MODUS”, building and remodeling supply hypermarket. Internet research is also included with the same aim. The same chapter ends with a summary and final conclusion.
