Abstract
It is important for the development of a modern organization to properly plan the strategy and
goals that will help them develop. Theoretical organization runs several stages of development.
This work deals with the first stage of development of the pioneer phase of the organization. The
organization's first steps are often a prerequisite for its success and future development. So
interesting fact is how the organization is formed and with what characteristics. The aim of this
research was to study the organization's management style and culture in the pioneer phase. For
this reason, the following tasks were established: establishing the development phase of the
organization; Study of organizational management styles; Organizational culture study. To carry
out tasks, research methodology was developed. The object of research was a small organization
that was selected by snowball method. There were used several research methods and research
tools in this work. The organization phase was studied by triangle phase study questionnaires, with
observation and also in depth interviews with staff. To describe organizational culture was used
Denison’s cultural study questionnaire.
As a result of the research, the issues of the culture and elements characterized by the pioneering
