Abstract
The world and opportunities ara changing rapidly, we need to adapt our workforce to new technologies and make technical or organizational changes.
Globalization and technological development are the main reasons for changes. The changes could lead to a mismatch between existing skills and employer requirements, resulting in rising unemployment.Employment agencies play a major role in balancing demand and supply.
The purpose of the agencies is to facilicate the compliance of job seekers with existing vacancies.
Employment service providers make practical desicions that allow them to achieve a match between job seekers skills and expectations.
As a part of paper, i conducted a quantative research tu examine the attitudes of consumers towards the services of employment agencies.
Research focosed on the following issues: the degree of loyalty to employment agencies,the confidence factor, the disvantages and advantages of service.
Research has shown ,that job seekers do not have the confidence to look for services in employment agencies and believe that in many cases, cooperating with them is futile. The technical side of services of employment with them is futile. The technical side of the services of employment agencies should also be improved, modern technologies should be used more and websites should be easier to understand.
Employment agencies need to develop effetive poliies to ensure the consumer satisfaction levels are raised and that their loyality is maintained.
