Abstract
Organizacion from the beginning means individuals and groups who are inited to achieve
common goal, often there are conflict cases between separate individuals as well as gropus. The
organizational conflicts are one of the key directions in conflict studies. This is a field which
covers the daily life of people and concerns them. Accordingly the study of the aspects which
are vital for the proper function of an organization is very important and responsible task. In
order to avoid a dysfunctional conflict, every organization has to study the attitudes of its own
workers. An attention should be paid on official conflicts management, functional and
dysfunctional conflicts must be designated, also it is needed to be analyzed the positive sides of
functional conflicts, it promotes formation of new ideas and stimulates the re-valuation of
individual’s goals and activities , that raises their labor productivity.
Conflicts management in a company is a process aimed at uninterrupted production of the
enterprise, receiving profits and preventing conflicts between personnel. The key role in this
process has employees and employers. Therefore, when the requirements and expectations are
clear, the company is successful. That’s why conflict management research is very relevant in
business.
