Abstract
This master Thesis reviews the influence of environmental faqtors on consumer behavior and the methods of thei fascinating. Here is given the essence and types of customer behavior, why it is important for comoanies to learn about the action, behavior of their target audience before entering the market. And, certainly what impac the influence of environmental factors may have on customers and on success of product service on markets. Here are emphasized the strategies and methods ehich companies use to attact customers and earn their respect.
Due to the fact that, for existance of each business it is very important to study consumer behavior, it is natural that all companies acting successfully, try to study consumer behavior, their desires, demands and to properly perform certain marketing strategies that directly provides their ’’live expectancy’’ on market.
The master thesis includes discussing and analyzing of the faqtors which impacts on making decision by a customer. Also, there is a talk about the modern methods of attracting customers, to which companies refer while communicating with their potential customers. In the thesis there is also raised the question about internet marketing and its importance in the world, and what is one of the most interesting and diverse question which needs ti be deeply studied, is how to obtain cunsomers love. In the thesis there will thoroughly be discussed the above stated issues in theory to which we will try attach rhe results of practical studies and research.
The great part os the thesis is a research and its results. Where there are given the basic values based on which companies work in the modern world and is raised the question of customers needs and demands, what they want to get from companies and which faqtors impact on their behavior.
