Abstract
The paper discusses the peculiarities of managing a diverse workforce and mechanisms to increase productivity. It also describes all the nuances that are essential to the successful management of an organization. All the issues that characterize the internal working circumstances of different organizations are broken down here. Adapting to different people is one of the most important problems of the organization. Globalization had been studied by people of different nationalities, and was directly interested in the diversity of the workforce through the differences of people. Gradually, organizations that become diverse in age, gender, race, sexual orientation, and ethnicity are viewed in terms of workforce diversity. The diverse workforce includes people of color, people with disabilities, women, sexual minorities, and the elderly. Each section discusses the above problems and shows how delicate and important each of them are.
The study highlighted well all the methods that will increase the feeling of security and satisfaction among employees and reduce aggression and frustration. Based on the research, statistics were presented, how relevant the problem is today and how much the existing situations affect the labor productivity of employees in organizations, whether the various innovations offered by the management are acceptable to them. As well as questions about what solutions each person sees to address these issues and what they deem necessary to do. At the end of the research project, conclusions and recommendations regarding the current processes are discussed.
