Abstract
The main strength of the organization are its employees. It is believed that the success of any company is primarily dependent on staff, the competence of the staff and honest approach toward their work.
Recruiting the right people for an organization is essential. The wrong people might deteriorate the business. To avoid this, it is necessary that each phase of management is well-planned, stepby-step, by human resource managers.
During the process of attracting, selecting and recruiting staff, the most optimal way for the organization is to use the world's proven employee selection methods.
The first chapter of this work focuses on staff selection and recruitment and ways for improvement. I discuss the methods of attracting candidates, selecting suitable staff and recruiting the right people. This topic is relevant for any organization, because the methodology of recruitment directly helps organizations to employ the best candidates, save time, money and effort.
In the second and third chapters I consider the approaches used by the Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission in regards to selecttion and recruitment.
Through the theoretical material presented in the first chapter of the work, I attempt to determine the ways that would improve the selection and hiring process in the Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission.
