Issues of the financial condition analysis on the example of JSC "Teliani Valley"

Financial condition analysis plays an important role in the management process of any enterprise. The purpose of financial analysis is to create the information needed to make a decision based on the study of liquidity, solvency, profitability, financial stability, and other important issues. Appropriate financial ratios need to be used to assess the impact on the enterprise's economic situation, cause-and-effect relationships, and individual factors.
The aim of the master's thesis is to assess the financial condition of the enterprise and to identify the factors affecting it. The results of the financial analysis allow us to draw conclusions about the financial stability of the enterprise.
The paper consists of two chapters. The first chapter discusses the objectives and strategies of financial analysis, as well as methodological issues. The second chapter discusses the main indicators of financial analysis, based on them, the analysis of the financial statements of the joint stock company "Teliani Valley" and the relevant conclusions are made. In the final part, the results obtained in the process of analyzing the financial statements of the joint stock company "Teliani Valley" are described and relevant recommendations are issued.
