Abstract
The work deals with the staff management strategy in international companies on the basis of which the work reviews in details the means for effective management of human resources.
In the first chapter of the Master's Thesis - theoretical-methodological basis for the study of staff development strategy. The essence of staff development strategy and its impact on the competitiveness of the company, the modern trends of personnel development and international experience, as well as methodological aspects of personnel development strategy.
In the second chapter, the directions of staff development strategy in the company, are discussed contemporary trends of staff development and international experience in the US, Great Britain, Turkey and Germany. Also, the factors affecting the staff development strategy.
The third chapter deals with the directions of improvement of staff development strategy.
While reviewing the experience of human resource management in public service in various countries, we have focused on the specific aspects of these processes in terms of selection and demand of personnel and parallels with Georgia.
In the final part the results of the survey are generalized.
