Given the complexity of the dynamics of violence, not all laws can be tailored to a particular case, at which point the role of judges is crucial in how they understand and evaluate each detail that can make it easier for victims to access justice. Therefore, the state systematically new mechanisms and improving legislation that will greatly facilitate the protection, assistance and rehabilitation of victims. To achieve these goals it is necessary to work in the following directions:

• Educational work - Initially, domestic violence should be discussed by qualified experts with professional experience or work experience.
• Development of networking - Coordinated work of centers and organizations working on domestic violence, based on a jointly developed strategic plan.
• Growing public awareness - Disseminate existing literature on domestic violence, activate the role of the media, inform the public about the existence of counseling centers and preventive measures.
