Abstract
Research of determining customer attitudes towards online insurance, on the example of “TBC Insurance”.
Research is implemented throughout Georgia. The aime of this research is to study the current trens in the insurance market of Georgia and to present marketing strategies. Based on the above, study the marketing issues of consumer attitudes in the field of insurance and develop relevant recommendations based on the news.
The structure of the research is as follows:
The first chapter discusses the theoretical-methodological aspects of insurance service research. This chapter discusses topics such as the essence and main features of insurance services, the creation and development of the online insurance market: global challenges and online insurance practices in the Georgian market, TBC insurance and its role in developing an online insurance market.
The second chapter presents the results of a survey of consumer attitudes towards online insurance, which consists of three blocks. These blocks are: social-demographic block, customer attitude block for insurance services, based of TBC Insurance example, customer dependency block on online insurance.
Research has shown that online services are associated with certain difficulties that require a lot of hard work to correct processes. However, customers are satisfied with the existing service.
Master’s thesis consists of 2 chapters, 5 sub-chapters, conclusion and recommendations, accompanied by a bibliographic list and an appendix.
