This work provides expenses of the Georgian budget according to its different classifications.
One gives a detailed analysis of funding of the social fields. Main directions of the social field
and dynamics of its funding during the last decade, as well as the middle-term prognosis, are
discussed.
The work discusses in detail the programs and sub-programs, being implemented within the
social field during the last years. The work analyses essential structural changes in the field of
state budget expenses. Besides, all social projects are discussed in detail and comparative analysis
is provided with the previous years.
Those directions are outlined in the conducted study, which needs more attention and critical
opinion of society is also discussed. This analysis outlines those directions, which are not
properly funded, one has evaluated the monetary funds, which are necessary for securing the
most vulnerable groups of our country, which in our opinion, will be enough to guarantee
somehow a decent standard of living for the vulnerable people.
This work provides the main programs and sub-programs, being implemented during the last
years in Georgia and to be implemented in the middle-term period in the social field, as well as
the proper budget structure, planned and implemented projects, incurred expenses and the
profit from these expenses. One has provided the influence of the world epidemic over the
structural changes of the current budget and what kind of plans are provided on the
background of the new challenges.
