Business environment and situations are changing so rapidly that the right management time for managers is a challenge.
Study and analysis of time management in different companies around the world is widely used, to enhance the productivity and successfully of these companies themselves. The research presented by us is about practical study, analysis and evaluation of time management in Georgian companies.
The importance of time management is confirmed by our survey, the absolute majority of the respondents confirmed that time management is an important component of everyday activity. The research also revealed problems related to time management: Management passivity to improve the time management of the workers; The absence of time management system in companies; Unplanned work of the working process and more.
