Abstract
At the present stage, the severity of competition and the globalization process leads to a change in company leadership positions. The importance of the work lies in the fact that any size company's success largely depends on the organizational structure and effective leadership. The company's success is related to the person who holds it, and the process of implementing the changes to the company moved from a busy stand a superior level.
In today's rapidly changing environment the flexibility of organizations and the ability to make changes has become more important than the contents of these changes themselves. The organizations that make more and more dicisions and enforce them are dealing with changes, they are able to follow the time and overcome rivals, to become more interesting and more relevant to the community. That's why companies need to have successful leaders who have a chance to foresee the future, to think strategically, to create a vision that will be shared with other members of the group, will be able to maintain flexibility and work with others to react to changes that will create the organization's future.
Strategic leadership relates to the manager's potential to develop a strategic vision for the organization or its part, to create motivation and to convince others to share this vision. Strategic leadership can also be defined by the management strategy of the employee. It can be an important tool for making changes and setting up the organization structure.
