Abstract
Any activity management requires a lot of effort and knowledge. In order to make thisprocess perfect most companies use strategic planning that provide the search of the necessaryways to achieve the goals set by the company. The strategic planning process is long and consists of very important stages: determining mission and goals of the organization, evaluationand analysis of environmental impacts, analyzing strategic alternatives, strategy selection,realization and evaluation. The main thing is that each stage will be done perfectly In Georgia, at this stage you will find the company, which has a strategic manager or aperson who will eventually understand the essence of the strategy. Unfortunately, mostGeorgian companies are focused on increasing financial indicators. Based on the topic'sactuality, I have chosen to study this issue. I have chosen the Georgian beer market as an object of research as an interesting conjunction market. The main emphasis is made of the two majorplayers: "Georgian Beer Company" and brewery company "Natakhtari" and thoroughly studiedcompanies macro and micro environment, company’s customers and employees of the survey,at the end of the results gave a recommendation and made the conceptual model which willhelp companies become successful.
