Abstract
Making decision is the part of management process, which means making choice. The action done for making decision can be generalized as choosing a direction of action.
Every organization have to make decision every single day and this directly be reflected on the organization. the more adequate is the decision more productive and successful is the organization.
Not only experience of one or two people ensures an adequate decision, but good and well-chosen process. The decision which is made by an organization might be incorrect; by this action organization wastes time and good opportunities.
Decision-making is universal form of behavior not only of individual but also social group. Despite of making a universal decision, governance process is far more different from the decision, which is made in private life. The decision is not made mechanically. While making decision it is important to discuss ideas, arguments and reviewing. Other people’s fortune is depended on a manager that makes decisions. The manager makes decision, chooses the direction of action not only for herself or himself but for the whole organization. It is the huge moral burden for manager to have the responsibility for making crucial decisions. Manager should make properly considered and substantiated decisions.
To summarize, environmental factors as well as the special characteristics of the person who makes decision effect on decision-making.
