საზოგადოებრივი ტრანსპორტის მომსახურებით მომხმარებელთა კმაყოფილების მარკეტინგული კვლევა

In this work, which is written to achieve master’s degree, is overviewed consumer satisfaction with public transport service in Tbilisi. The purpose of this work is to find out how satisfied the population is with public transport service, also, to find out the reasons for their dissatisfaction and what are the ways to make the situation better.
The work consists - the introduction, three chapters and the conclusions and recommendations. Also there are attached list of used literature and a questionnaire, which was used for public transport users’ survey.
In the first chapter there is overviewed the role of transport service for satisfying of the needs of the population. Concretely, the literary sources about transport are discussed and also the legislative base, which regulates the transport service. The second chapter is about the history of transport development in the capital of Georgia and it also describes the past situation in Tbilisi. The third chapter analyzes the questions and answers of users' survey and the conclusions are based on these results. According the conclusions, specific recommendations have been issued to solve the transport system problems in Tbilisi.
