Personnel management system in the international company (On the example of JSC Bank of Georgia)

One of the most important factors in increasing competitiveness of companies in modern times is the highly qualified staff. Depending on the above mentioned, special importance is given to the management of the personnel effective management.
Presented master's work deals with the personnel management system in the international company. The work is done on the example of JSC Bank of Georgia.
The first chapter of the work examines the management of the management system in the management of the organization. Namely the essence and meaning of personnel management, the human resource management system and personnel management methods;
The second chapter deals with the management of human resources strategy management strategies. In particular, the conceptual basis of personnel management, attraction and selection of personnel personnel, staff management strategy and policy;
The third chapter examines the analysis of personnel management system and the trends in perfection of the Bank of Georgia.
The conclusion is that the main findings of the research are generalized.
