Issues of financial position snalysis on the examples of MSC Georgia LLC and GR Logistics and Terminals LLC.

Abstract

The following paper deals with topical issues of Financial Analysis. Here is discussed important areas of analysis of the company's financial position. The main purpose of financial position analysis is to objectively evaluate the economic activities carried by the company’s management, using different approaches and methods. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the financial position of two international expeditionary services companies operating in Georgia: MSC Georgia LLC and GR Logistics and Terminals LLC. The indicators of financial sustainability, liquidity and solvency for both companies have been studied. In the process of the analysis, the financial results obtained from the economic activities of the enterprises and the impact of the changes of the factors affecting on the dynamics were evaluated. Based on the study of these issues, the existing problems in the companies were identified, ways to solve them were outlined and strategies for the growth of the financial situation were developed. The information obtained for the analysis of the financial position is useful and important for creditors, investors, and company’s management to male various business decisions.

წინამდებარე ნაშრომი ეხება ფინანსური ანალიზის აქტუალურ საკითხებს. კერძოდ, განხილულია კომპანიის ფინანსური მდგომარეობის ანალიზის მნიშვნელოვანი მიმართულებები. ფინანსური მდგომარეობის ანალიზის ძირითადი მიზანია სხვადასხვა მიდგომებისა და მეთოდების გამოყენებით საწარმოს მიერ განხორციელებული სამეურნეო საქმიანობის ობიექტური შეფასება. ნაშრომში წარმოდგენილია, საქართველოში ფუნქციონირებადი ორი საერთაშორისო საექსპედიტორო მომსახურების გამწევი კომპანიის: შპს ,,ემესსი ჯორჯია’’-ს და შპს ,,ჯიარ ლოგისტიკა და ტერმინალები’’-ს ფინანსური მდგომარეობის შედარებითი ანალიზი. შესწავლილია საანალიზო საწარმოების ფინანსური მდგრადობის, ლიკვიდურობისა და გადახდისუნარიანობის მაჩვენებლები. ანალიზის პროცესში შეფასდა საწარმოს ეკონომიკური საქმიანობიდან მიღებული ფინანსური შედეგები და მასზე მოქმედი ფაქტორების ცვლილების გავლენა დინამიკაში. აღნიშნული საკითხების შესწავლის საფუძველზე ხდება კომპანიებში არსებული პრობლემების იდენტიფიცირება, მათი გადაჭრის გზების დასახვა და ფინანსური მდგომარეობის განვითარების სტრატეგიების შემუშავება. ფინანსური მდგომარეობის ანალიზის შედეგად მიღებული ინფორმაცია სასარგებლო და მნიშვნელოვანია კრედიტორების, ინვესტორების, კომპანიის მმრთველი ხელძღვანელობისა და სხვადასხვა ბიზნეს გადაწყვეტილებების მისაღებად.
