The intensity of migration in the 21st century has dramatically increased worldwide economic, social and cultural factors have significantly increased the scope of population and workforce movement among the countries. Globalization reduced the boundary barriers and gave people much greater chance to establish a place in the international labor market.
Presented master's resignation applies to migration of workforce and its macroeconomic outcomes. The essence of migrating workforce is consistently considered, showing why, for what reason, people with disabilities are moving from one country to another. The factors and circumstances that are stimulating these processes and impact on the macroeconomic development of the country are reflected in the trends and results that are indicated in the migration process. The work has been studied in Georgia and its regional peculiarities of labor force, studied by the families of emigrants from Abasha municipality abroad. The structure of emigrants and its influence on the remaining family members has been established, the conditions for returning to the homeland of the emigrants have been studied.
