Globalization and Peculiarities of Management of Transnational Companies

The topic of this Master thesis is the peculiarities of management of transnational companies in the conditions of globalization. Transnational corporations are the main elements of the globalization process of global economy. They are using the global strategies to play a leading role in the development of world economy, that unites regional and world markets.
The share of transnational companies is quite voluminous in the Georgian market and economy, with well-organized and flexible management of these companies that facilitate their effective work. In terms of Georgian weak economy, it is vital to enter large transnational companies to increase economic parameters.
The work of this master thesis is detailed in the essence of globalization and transnational companies. International Business Peculiarities, Structure and Types of Transnational Companies, Development Phases Principles and importance of designing the organizational structure. The transnational companies consider the example of Toyota Motor Corporation, one of the most rated companies.
In the main part of the work is described the role of transnational companies in the globalization of the world economy and their impact on transition economies. Based on the analysis of respondents' polls, the conclusion is about the role of transnational companies in the development of Georgian economy. At the end of the work sum ups are made.
