Financial Transnational Companies: Management Problems

This master’s thesis deals with the essence of transnational companies and their development levels, also here is analyzed the role of transnational companies during the globalization of economics and socio-economic development of the country. Also it should be noted, that transnational companies as leading international players on the market, can excellent contribute the hosts country’s economic growth, innovation technology development and creating great workspace.
In this thesis, there is more information about Georgia’s current position and future integration in global economic, also what kind of relationship and role has financial management in transnational company.
Here is reported some cases and issues about financial management of transnational companies in the transition period of economics market in Georgia.
