Role of investments in the regional and global markets in the country's competitiveness

Abstract

Nowadays the competitiveness of the county is the most active them, but can be said that there is not its prime definition. During talks of the competitiveness of the county scientists emphasize different aspects and use different method of assessment. The index of global competitiveness is recognized as one of the most admitted measurement of competitiveness. It defines competitiveness of the country as combination of institutions, politics and factors, which formulates the productivity level. The growth of productivity will cause the increase of economic, living standard and wellness. The investment plays the most important role in productivity. There are a lot of works dedicated to this them. The world’s economic forum founds its analysis on Global competitiveness index, which completed multinational competitiveness with micro and macro economic indicator. The experts of economic forum think that competitiveness is the combination of institutions, politics and factors, which measures the productivity level of county. In this work, is determined investment environment in Georgia and outside of it, Also investment role and its regulations on regional and global market. As well, there is talk about Global competitiveness index. The work includes main part of the text, and consists of three chapter and conclusion.

გლობალურ და რეგიონალურ ბაზრებზე ქვეყნების კონკურენტუნარიანობის საკითხი ძალზედ აქტუალური თემაა თუმცა შეიძლება ითქვას, რომ კონკურენტუნარიანობის ცალსახა განმარტება არ არსებობს. სამაგისტრო ნაშრომი წარმოადგენს ინვესტიციების მეშვეობით ქვეყნის კონკურენტუნარიანობის ამაღლების კვლევას. მასში განხილულია საინვესტიციო გარემო საქართველოში და მის ფარგლებს გარეთ, აგრეთვე ინვესტიციების როლი და მათი რეგულაცია რეგიონულ და გლობალურ ბაზრებზე. ნაშრომში ასევე დეტალურად არის საუბარი გლობალური კონკურენტუნარიანობის ინდექსზე და მის განმსაზღვრელ ფაქტორებზე, ნაშრომი მოიცავს შესავალს, ტექსტის ძირითად ნაწილს, რომელიც თავის მხრივ შედგება სამი თავისაგან და დასკვნას. პირველ თავში საუბარია კონკურენტუნარიანობის არსზე და მის განმსაზღვრელ ფაქტორებზე. მეორე ნაწილში განვიხილავთ ინვესტიციების განმსაზღვრელ ფაქტორებს, შევეხებით ტრანსნაციონალიზაციას, როგორც ინვესტიციების წყაროს, ვისაუბრებთ თუ რა სახის ფაქტორები ახდენენ გავლენას პოტენციურ მომხმარებლებზე და დავადგენთ, თუ რა პოლიტიკებია საჭირო ინვესტიციების მოზიდვისათვის. მესამე ნაწილში წარმოდგენილია საქართველოს საინვეტიციო გარემო, ზოგადად ინვესტიციების ეფექტიანობის შეფასება და ვნახავთ თუ რა სიტუაციაა საქართველოში World Economic Forum-ის მონაცემებზე დაყრდნობით. დასკვნით ნაწილში შეჯამებულია ნაშრომში გაანალიზებული საკითხები.
