Improvement of insurance formation and management directions in international business

Abstract

The structure of the Master's thesis "Improvement of insurance formation and management directions in international business" structure is as follows: Introduction of the thesis is the subject of subject matter, actuality, research purpose, directions. In the first chapter of the thesis the theoretical foundations and socioeconomic aspects of insurance have considered the economic essence and content of the insurance, its formation, development and organizational forms, as well as the sale of insurance products. In the second chapter I reviewed and evaluated the Georgian insurance market, the structure of the insurance market and its development problems in the international business, evaluated the insurance case organization, problems, legislative basis, development prospects and directions in the international business. In the third chapter of the Master's Study I studied the insurance product car insurance and conducted research on the example of Insurance Company "ARD". The goal of the survey was to satisfy customers' satisfaction and their dependence on the introduction of compulsory auto insurance. Master's thesis consists of annotation, introduction, 3 chapters, 9 subjects and conclusions. Bibliographic list of used literature is accompanied by The work contains 70 pages on the computer.

სამაგისტრო ნაშრომის ,,დაზღვევის ფორმირებისა და მართვის სრულყოფის მიმართულებები საერთაშორისო ბიზნესში“ სტრუქტურა შემდეგი სახითაა წარმოდგენილი: ნაშრომის შესავალში განსაზღრულია საკვლევი თემის საგანი, აქტუალობა, კვლევის მიზანი, მიმართულებები. ნაშრომის პირველ თავში დაზღვევის თეორიული საფუძვლები და სოციალურ ეკონომიკური ასპექტები განხილული მაქვს დაზღვევის ეკონომიკური არსი და შინაარსი, მისი ფორმირება, განვითარება და ორგანიზაციული ფორმები, ასევე სადაზღვევო პროდუქტის რეალიზაციის არხები. მეორე თავში განხილული და შეფასებლი მაქვს საქართველოს სადაზღვევო ბაზარი, სადაზღვევო ბაზრის სტრუქტურა და მისი განვითარების პრობლემები საერთაშორისო ბიზნესში, შევაფასეთ სადაზღვევო საქმის ორგანიზაცია, პრობლემები, საკანონმდებლო ბაზა. სამაგისტრო ნაშრომის მესამე თავში შევისწავლე სადაზღვევო პროდუქტი ავტოდაზღვევა და ჩავატარე კვლევა სადაზღვევო კომპანია „არდის“-ს მაგალითზე. კვლევის მიზანი იყო ავტოდაზღვევის მომხმარებელთა კმაყოფილებისა და სავალდებულო ავტოდაზღვევის შემოღებასთან დაკავშირებით მათი აზრის შესწავლა. განვითარების პერსპექტივები და მიმართულებები საერთაშორისო ბიზნესში. სამაგისტრო ნაშრომი შედგება ანოტაციის, შესავლის, 3 თავისა , 9 ქვეთავის და დასკვნისგან. თან ახლავს გამოყენებული ლიტერატურის ბიბლიოგრაფიული ნუსხა. ნაშრომი მოიცავს კომპიუტერზე აწყობილ 70 გვერდს.
