Abstract
The basic phenolic compounds of biologically active supplement originated from grape: “Georgian Vitae Rimas XXI” have been studied. The rich and diverse spectrum of stilbens, catechins, proanthocyanidins, anthocyanins, phenol carbonic acids were revealed. Phenolic sources of dietary supplement is characterized by high antioxidant activity and this specific product has the functional value (prophylactic-curative value).
