Plant secondfry materials (Leftovers) as s rish source of biologically active substances

The article reviews important health beneficial and useful biological active substances found in plant materials of secondary resources (deposits) – proanthocyanidins, catechins, lignan αconidendrin, ponicin, pectic substances, ether oils, vitamin P and C. Secondary resource which contains rich spectrum of biologically active substances have ability to produce the valuable products, such as concentrates of polyphenols, seed oil, ethyl alcohol, alcohol free and low alcohol beverages and other food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and curative-prophylactic products.
