International Project Management in Georgia

Abstract

Master's thesis topic is the International Project Management in Georgia. Implementation of international projects, first of all, contributes to the economic strength and development of the country, and consequently emphasizes the implementation of projects. Particularly international projects, as representatives of two or more countries participate in the implementation of international projects, and therefore a relationship is formed between the representatives of the countries, sharing knowledge and experience, which is doubly important. Factors related to the implementation of the project are detailed in detail, specifics and specifications of international projects management, as well as ongoing international projects management practices in the country. The work consists of the introduction part from the main part of the text that is divided into three and the above chapters are made up of several subjects and from the conclusion. The main part of the presented paper deals with the main features and management modes of international projects used by the managers in the project management, as well as the stages that the project management system has undergone during its existence and the shortcomings in the project management process are discussed. In the final part, the main issues of the work are summed up by the international project and its management.

სამაგისტრო ნაშრომის თემას წარმოადგენ საერთაშორისო პროექტების მენეჯმენტი საქართველოში. საერთაშორისო პროექტების განხორციელება, უპირველეს ყოვლისა, ხელს უწყობს ქვეყნის ეკონომიკურ სიძლიერესა და განვითარებას, შესაბამისად დიდი ყურადღება ექცევა პროექტების განხორციელებას. განსაკუთრებით საერთაშორისო პროექტებისა, რადგან საერთაშორისო პროექტების განხორციელებაში მონაწილეობას იღებს ორი ან რამდენიმე ქვეყნის წარმომადგენელი, შესაბამისად გარკვეული ურთიერთობა ყალიბდება ქვეყნების წარმომადგენლებს შორის, ხდება ცოდნისა და გამოცდილების გაზიარება, რაც ორმაგად მნიშვნელოვანია. ნაშრომში დაწვრილებითაა განხილული პროექტის განხორციელებასთან დაკავშირებული ფაქტორები, საერთაშორისო პროექტების მენეჯმენტის სპეციფიკა და თავისებურებები, ასევე ქვეყანაში მიმდინარე საერთაშორისო პროექტების მართვის მეთოდები. ნაშრომი შედგება: შესავალი ნაწილისგან, ტექსტის ძირითადი ნაწილისგან, რომელიც დაყოფილია სამ თავად და აღნიშნული თავები, თავის მხრივ შედგება, რამდენიმე ქვეთავისგან და ასევე დასკვნისგან. წარმოდგენილი ნაშრომის ძირითად ნაწილში განხილულია საერთაშორისო პროექტების ძირითადი მახასიათებლები და მართვის მოდელები, რომელსაც მენეჯერები იყენებენ პროექტის მართვის დროს, ასევე განხილულია ის ეტაპები, რომელიც პროექტის მართვის სისტემამ გაიარა არსებობის მანძილზე და გამოკვეთილია ის ხარვეზები, რომლებიც პროექტის მართვის პროცესში არსებობს. დასკვნით ნაწილში შეჯამებულია ნაშრომის ის ძირითადი საკითხები, რასაც გულისხმობს საერთაშორისო პროექტი და მისი მენეჯმენტი.
