International Project Management in Georgia

Master's thesis topic is the International Project Management in Georgia. Implementation of international projects, first of all, contributes to the economic strength and development of the country, and consequently emphasizes the implementation of projects. Particularly international projects, as representatives of two or more countries participate in the implementation of international projects, and therefore a relationship is formed between the representatives of the countries, sharing knowledge and experience, which is doubly important.
Factors related to the implementation of the project are detailed in detail, specifics and specifications of international projects management, as well as ongoing international projects management practices in the country. The work consists of the introduction part from the main part of the text that is divided into three and the above chapters are made up of several subjects and from the conclusion.
The main part of the presented paper deals with the main features and management modes of international projects used by the managers in the project management, as well as the stages that the project management system has undergone during its existence and the shortcomings in the project management process are discussed.
In the final part, the main issues of the work are summed up by the international project and its management.
